Anybody fished Lake Maumelle since the water has been down so low?

The reports from the AGFC newsletter haven't been too bad. I heard the boat ramps were a problem. But, they have been worked out. The west end of the lake is dangerously low in spots. Be careful unless you know th river channel well.
    Good Luck

Ive fished it about 3 times in the past month. Water is way down, and launching is the hardest part. Only one launch at the marina is operable, and even then you only have about 1-2ft of water at the launch. Everyone trolls out about 50ft and then drops the outboard.
The crappie are biting well though, water was around 45-50 degrees, and I choose the points on the north side, about 30ft deep, near drop offs, and fished about 20-25 feet with minnows.
