    Default Fishing today 12-19-10


    Went for 5 hours today not a single fish. tried 6 different colors from 0-23 ftw. Was able to graph fish in several places. Arkansas river backwater. The water over all was about 4 feet low. Was it me or the weather?

    Fished Horseshoe saturday and caught 1 crappie and 2 catfish. Nobody on the lake that I talked to were catching fish. There was a 1/2 inch of snow on everything when I got there. I think that moon in the sky all day and bright at night has something to do with it.

    I caught some on Nimrod today about 4 to 8' deep.:D They were much shallower a week ago. Heard about some being caught on Dardanelle about 30' deep!

    Fishing seems tough all over right now. One day you catch a cooler full then for several days cannot even find 'em. Or when you do they wont bite. I'm having a hard time finding the bait and staying up with it as our weather is changing so much from day to day.
