taxidermist or photographer should be shot. Possibly both. Could be anywhere from 1- 3 pounds. The head appears to be a redfish. Nothing to compare size to. sorry just mho.

Hmm.... I thought they were all that big. Been cutn em up by the dozen for a week:)
