i know lots a people hunting but the fish are biting mon was pretty slow 5 boats one man caught 15 real shallow in the grass.tues 3 boats out of six launched caught their limits at all depths.

I was able to get over there yesterday afternoon in the cold and clouds. Brought home 18 with a few dandies. Caught em in the thick stuff on chart/white tube on a white 1/32 oz head tipped w/ a nibble. Tried tipping with pink tuffies and also tried other jig colors, but none seemed to be as productive. Never had a real flurry, just a few here and there. Fished for almost an hour in the pool by myself - first time in the couple years I've been going over there. Not as much grass in the pool as last year. Did see a couple of other guys pick some up fishing open water in the creek and the pool.

saw some good fish this afternoon one boat had 18 nice size with 1 tagged fish.another boat with 2 guys each had around 10 each with some 2 lbers mostly slabs.a buddy of mine left at dark had 12 slabs.another boat had a limit with mostly nice ones caught in the pool in this pic.
