I started a thread on this subject last week and didn't get much response. It sure seems to me that documenting what I already have is a trick. It is already regulated by state and federal laws. Why do we need to muck it up with more government? Regulation is what the ballot said it would do. We already have plenty of "laws" that are not enforced and new legislation is entered to supposedly mean the same thing.
Need examples? How many times have you heard about drug dealers getting off on a technicality? He gets off because he sold them on Wednsday instead of Thursday or something just as stupid. Instead of the law simply saying it is "illegle to sell drugs", many words are in play that allowas him to go home.
Issue 1 is dangerous in my mind.

Just got back from voting.

When wife and myself went to vote there was a super big line. Talked to one of the registers and they said they were
about 50 standing at the door before they opened.

Wife and myself after voting had some running around to do.....after couple hours drove by the election headquarters
and there was a super long line still.............

If you have not voted do so...........regardless of your party
