Default Saturday at the River Chute

Well me and CK101 had a great day (not like last weekend) but nice. Caught a good mess and threw back that many. Even fighting the wind got a good day of fishing. Met one of CK101s friend Jason and he didnt know what to think of us.He had a good laugh.I wear a motorcycle helmet when I boat on the river. I hate the flying carp but they wont stop me from fishing. Also saw the king of all fisher. I hope the pic does justice.

I looked at the weather forcast last night-rain before daylight then breezy-only taking morning off-debate was go fishing-fight wind maybe rain or go squirrel hunting-went squirrel hunting-saw 2 dozen probably-killed eight with the old Marlin 22 mag-sure is fun-now that I got that hunt out of the way next day off-back to that crappie fishing. Funny thing was wind did not get up till about 10:00.
