Sun was just coming up as we Launched at the Dam Site on Lake Conway Mayflower AR, not another fisherman in sight. As we pulled up to our spot we both pitched our Mid-South tubes in and I felt a jolt from the back of the boat. I knew that feeling as I looked up and saw my uncle's yellow Wally Marshall rod bent over, as im watching him fight the fish I felt a soild THUMP and I too was into a Nice fish. After we both landed our fish we looked at each other and said this might be a great day. It was an awsome day indeed we both brought home a double limit to include a 15 inch black football that im holding. Man the crappie on Conway are eating good these are some fat chunks. Man I love Lake Conway, If the AGFC and the city's of Conway and Mayflower would just put a Little more work into it, It could be even better than it is. And as it is right now, it's one of the top crappie producer's in the state. All you haft to do is Check the Arkansas Board to fiqure that out. I'll bet Lake Conway Has more posts about it on the Arkansas Board than any other water's in the state. Still with all my bragging it's not a give me, you haft to learn it and put time on it to catch em. That's why I'm here to help you-all out.:D If any of you all want to know the exact spot where these fish were caught PM me and I'll tell you.![]()
