Got On The Bay Around 7:00 This Morning. Caught A Limit By 12:00. Biting Orange And Char. And Stright Char. Tiped With A Minnow. Met A Man From Jonesboro He Had Read Our Last Thead And Decided To Try It. I Think He Was Doing Fairly Well. Had To Work To Find The Bigger Ones And Culled The Dinks. Happy Fishing Everyone:d:d

"Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn." - Chuck Clark :D
Sounds like you had a great trip, but you're tougher than I am if you can fish in this heat.
Iam setting with the guy from Jonesboro for your monday ritual of fish cleaning. He had 5lb of fillets and like always he gave me half. What a friend!

I Was Spider Rigging In About 10 Feet Of Water. Water Temp Started At 87 And Went To 91 That Day. Thermo Clim Was Around 8 Feet. I Would Caugt Them Just Around The Thermo Clim. Found Some Spots That Was 16 And 17 Feet Deep. But The Crappie Was In The Thermo. The Boat Ramp Is Right Off The Highway When You Cross The Bridge Going Into Augusta. It Cost $3.00 Per Boat. You Can Lanch In Augusta Behind The Bank. But Is About 20 Or 30 Mins Up Stream To Taylor Bay.
I'm planning on hitting Taylor Bay in the morning doing some spider rigging. Glad to see some places around here getting some post. Hopefully I can report something good.
