Man I am really kicking around the idea of driving down tomorrow morning and trolling cranks and crawler harnesses for walleye tomorrow. The word is the bite is really good. I need someone that will drop everything and go.
Anybody out there heard anything about the bite over there. I know this is a crappie forum, but figured this is the place that is tuned into what's biting and where!
I wish I could go. But, I have a birthday party in Rogers to attend. My grandson is 3 today.
I have heard the walleye bight is good in the Okland area and also at Howard Creek. Several miles between them. However, if you have a map of the lake, look for water that is 25-30 feet deep and fairly flat. There is a big flat across from Diamond City COE launch. Good luck and tight lines.
If you're too busy to go fishing, you're too busy!
