    Default beaver lake camping

hey folks, this missouri country boy is coming down to beaver lake and looking for a good campground with cabins. I'd like to stay on the north side of the lake, toward the dam area.this should cut the drive down a little. any ideas on the crappie fishing in this lake? I plan on pulling shad for stripers in the mornings and bandits for crappie when that fails, and it will. any good spots in this area to get some shad? I'll take the lazy way out and pay if I can, but I'll bring my throw net anyhow. any advice an shad and especially the crappie fishin.

Spider creek has some nice cabins, but it is below the dam on the river. It's more of a trout camp type place. I don't know of any other cabins in that area. I'm sure there are some check the Rocky Branch area.

coppermine lodge has cabins for rent close to rocky branch. don't know about the shad hit or miss all over the lake with throw net. keep an eye out for them they work in the back of creek arms right now.

Mulder Hollow and Sailboat Row are good places to fish just south of Lost Bridge for crappie.
