Man that does sound really cool. I'm surprised Black River was that clear. The last time I crossed it (can't remember whether it was at Elgin or Jacksonport) it was pretty dingy.

Great catch! Makes me want to go tomorrow. I spent a few hours running the Black last weekend, just exploring. I hunt it more than I fish it. I need to try to find some slack water to fish.
