Hey Guy's Fished Greers Ferry lake and pulled up to this LakeFront Restaurant by boat and had great Service, Great Food, at a Great Price, not to mention the view. So if your fishing Greers Ferry by boat and you n your buddy want to take a break and have some great food. Pull your boat up to this dock and enjoy the experiance of this place.

By boat it's located on the northeast bank across from the north narrow's outlet. The last dock on the north bank before you come to the Hwy 16 bridge. CrappiePro approved

Caught a few bass around 10 but no crappie, I did catch a nice smallie on Greers. My wife caught a nice 15 incher on Brewer she was proud of and the bass were tearing it up there too.

CP Janssen's is a great place to eat. If you are up there on a Sunday morning try their Brunch.

Thanks for the tip Russ. My wife and I hauled the toon boat to Hamilton to do a dinner cruise last weekend.
I wonder why there is no place on the Arkansas River where you can do this? We would eat there often for a dinner cruise.

If you go there for dinner this time of year make sure you get there early. They get real busy about 7:00 PM.

I get the impression that most folks around central AR have a healthy dose of respect to a downright fear in the daytime of the river, much less running it after dark. I know folks that will not put a 20' bass boat in if the flow is above 70k and talk about how dangerous it is. Anything under 220k doesnt bother me at all but it is because I grew up on the big rivers and was taught to have a healthy dose of respect for it. Not many boating thrills in AR compare to running the mighty miss in a 14' with a 10 horse, esp when you 8 or 10 barges in the mix.:D

I ain't skeered at 80 or below in my 24' toon boat. There is absolutly nothing I would put my boat in over 100 for. Excepting maybe to go searching for you!! I have seen submerged trees shoot up in the air in hi flows. Don't like em.
But, you do make a good point as to why there are no drive up resturants on the river. Never thought of that before.
