    Default Limit on Greer's

I didn't get on the water until about noon Saturday. (Work AGAIN). I put in at Sugar Loaf and started fishing the first cove to the left. I think the locals call it the Jungle. I started out tight lining in the buckbrush. There was a few willing in there. But, I ain't quick enough on the draw to stick them good enough.
This is my first serious fishing trip on this lake. So, I decided to pull some jigs and do some exploring. The bank across the way was more favorable for the wind. That is when the action started. I ended up with a limit using a white body with red and blue sparkels and a clear skirt Midsouth Super jigs on 1/4 onz PANK jigs heads. Tried to stay in 20' and fishing 10' deep.
Oh yea....caught a bonus walleye too. That was my first experience with one of those toothy critters.
Great Day. Wife don't understand why I need some 10' trolling poles now. I told her because Creekslick is telling me how to fish like this. Can't wait to show her pictures of his boat.

    I am a heterosexual male. 2 Chronicles 7:14
"If my people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land."

Don you got to quit blaming me for everything, that woman is going to shoot me. Glad you were able to get out and catch some fish.

Dang wish this had been up last week. I bought the wife a new crappie rod and still got in trouble but I think it was because I bought me one too. Wish I had known it was Creekslicks fault.

Might as well change your screen name to Scapegoat :D

WTG DP, Make sure you set one of those walleye fillets to the side for yourself when you fry em up.
