    I have a 1754 War Eagle, one of my pedestal seat bases broke(the flared end broke off the brass insert). Looking at replacements from Bass Pro and Cabelas they all look to have plastic bushing or inserts. Called War Eagle but being Sat. they are closed. Questions: Will the plastic bushing "hold up"? Can I buy a new base from War Eagle? Can I buy just the brass insert from War Eagle or somewhere else.

    Go to the dealer where you bought the boat and I bet he will fix you up.
