    Default Nimrod is waking up

I finally got to go today. I caught a mess of good sized Crappie, a Green Carp (L M Bass) and a Buffalo. Man that Buffalo streched the line on my Buck's pole. Water temps were in the low 50's and the fish were starting to shallow up.

Thanks for the info. I try to fish Nimrod as much as I can. Particularly during turkey season Nothing better. Gobbles in the morning and scales in the afternoon. Any word on when the COE is going to lower the lake? I tried to call them but no answer on the phone.

I think this rain is actually going to help by warming the water up some.

Yea I like those ribs too, but kinda burned out on them after netting them since Oct 1. Was glad to see the net season close March 1 so I could chase them Crappie.
