Thanks for the pic and the report, Dan. I need to get out there, but a fall, some sore ribs and a knot on my head, along with slow work is keeping me down a bit.
I'm ready to drown some minners!

most of you know it had slowed down here for a week, just depended on if you were sitting in the right spot at the right time.since yesterday evening to today saw 4 limits.one guy caught limit in 2 hrs,and still a handful of people not having much luck or 4 or 5, 2lbers are showing up full of eggs.they are still holding deep here.tightlining and slip bobbers working with jigs.most guys coming in are as tightliped as the crappie can be and more camera shy when they got some.here's 1 today 2 1/4 lb.

Thanks for the report Dan. I hope to get started soon somewhere now that netting season is over at Nimrod. But this temp job with the census and Kena's back surgery has me tied down.![]()

You don't need to tell me that. I was working on a Sunday, which goes against my grain and put an aluminum extension ladder up to a mezzanine level on a concrete floor. Well, up I went and just as I was about to step off the ladder, the feet of the ladder lost traction on the dusty concrete and wheeeeeeeee!, down I went. Landed on my back. Rightish side and knocked my coconut on the floor.
Nothing serious overall. Just sore and had an orange sized lump on my head. Its down to a nice goose egg now. :D
I'll be around for the spawn if I have to crawl to Gold Creek and wade out to the pond.
