For those within an easy drive of Tulsa this weekend (Feb. 27 and 28) and don't have fishing in your plans, please stop by the Bass Pro store in Broken Arrow to say hello. Jig fishing experts Charlie and Kevin Rogers from Kansas City, and long-liners Bo Hudson and Brad Chappell from Jackson, MS, will be on hand to talk about some of the things they're doing right now to catch crappie which apply perfectly to our nearby waters. Former OSU/NFL football player Rashaun Woods, an avid fisherman who grew up catching crappie, will also be attending, along with bass professional Tommy
Biffle who has just returned from last week's Bassmaster Classic.

Be sure to sign up for the contest drawing with the top prize being a chance to design and name your own soft plastic color for a Larew/Garland bait of your choice, and to have your own exclusive stock of the item for a few months. It does include the Baby Shad, Slab Slay'R and Stroll'R.

The drawing for the winner will take place shortly after 3 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Hope to see you there.
