Last Thursday I fished at Shoal bay on Dardanelle and found the crappie in26- 32 feet of water 2-4 feet from the bottom. I caught 22 nice ones and kept 20 in maybe a 500 Sq foot area. Thought I would whack them again today and wound up with 4 slabs after 31/2 hrs of fishing. water temp was 44.5 degrees.
