Tuesday night on Lake Conway

Hey all

headed out from Dano's bout 2000 Tuesday night. headed out to Gold point set 6 yo yos/ pink minnows and 6 set lines medium minnows. then worked around in the deep water there off the point. no luck. after couple hours headed up Gold creek to the pond. got there at 2300 ish. WOW were there lots a shad and lota big fish on depth finder. There were thousands of shad in there it was quite a sight to say the least. didn't catch anything but it was a beautiful night.

Glad you got out to enjoy this nice weather. I thought the way everybody talked that the lake freezing over killed all of the shad but I guess I misunderstood. Thx for the report

hey fetmo wished you done better,they haventbeen biting at night as well as in the day.last night i caught 5 2 gooduns 3 small at least got a little mess.hitting the pool at night sometimes better than day.dont give up.today i saww one guy catch 15 3 over a lb rest good keepers another guy caught 8.2 others not as well.yesterday saw a couple of good cathes also.2 guys ahad 20 anther had 12.still trying to bite just on the slow side and or hit and miss.biting real light and with the wind today it was tough.gonna be nice tomorrow.
