To all that plan to fish the Crappiemasters tournament on Lake Conway, As I have stated in other threads, my true passion is bass fishing, starting the end of this month I will start chasing After them ole bucketmouth bass, well in the persuit of ole bucketmouth, I ll have numerous encounters with crappie that want to be bass and take large bass baits. I will from time to time post the locations that I have these encouter with crappie, in my 30 plus years on Lake Conway, it has been proven over and over, especially in the mid section of the lake, when you find a fish or two in the mid section of the lake, you are setting on a gold mine, the school will be near by. Once you find these fish you can follow the school and never be far from them, I would rather one of the Arkansaw guys win this tournament. So hopefully one of my tipped off locations will help.
