    Default Gold Creek 12/17

Man, was that a bad day of fishing. I have never seen the amount of shad that I saw there yesterday. My graph in some spots was black.

I spider rigged the entire pond, and did not get a single bite. I was fishing two hooks per pole. I was hitting one off the bottom and one about 2 feet above that and did not get a nibble. Water is down becasue they have been letting water out. Gates were shut a few days ago, so it may stable out.

I hope that it gets better soon.

Man Gold Creek is dead you can't buy a bite at Cane Creek, Greers Ferry is dropping 6" a day and I am about to be on vacation for 2 weeks. I may have to make a trip to Washington Lake.

Conway is now stable. They are not letting any water out.

I've been hittin' Washington this week and it's been a bust too. Not much happenin'. The shad are concentrated and the crappie ain't really interested in my meager offerings.
