I went to Chicot today to do a little crappie fishing and drop a few more condos in the water and was expecting to see the lake full but boy was I surprised. Last week I went over there to drop 5 condos off in the lake and the water was about 2 feet from running over the dam and today Ditch Bayou looks like the Saline River with the current running faster than I've ever seen it. The gates are wide open, I thought the Corp was going to let the lake come up natural. Why are they letting the water out again. Anybody got any idea on what is going on down here.
