Hey everyone,
Tell me the rain has moved off and fishing can resume! I'm stuck in a class with the geekest computer people I've seen, and all of them are half my age!
They talk to themselves while working the labs. They don't even comb their hair; they look like they stayed up all night writing computer games.
Well, I'm ready to come back and enjoy the slow pace of arkansas and rich life of crappie fishing. California is just toooooo strange for me.:D

I'm in a Cisco Security class and half the students are from other countries and yes they do speak english; not very well but they do - and they tell me I have a southern accent!
I'm longing for some crappie fishing on Peckerwood!![]()

EEE Gads I am glad I am retired and dont have to put up with all that traveling any more.....While employed, I was in every state in the us except 3, Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota. Also went to Hong Kong, Maliasia, Tiwon, Greece, Germany, Egypt, and Canada. Talk about a culture shock for a poor old boy from the hills of north Ark.. Thank God I can stay at home and go fishing every once in a while.
If the good Lord is willing and the creeks dont rise I'll catch a slab today.
Looks like rain 'til about Thursday. Then possibly more on Friday, but scattered.
Quit complaining about the color, just pull up your skirt and fish! -- snagged
