Caught another limit of 10-14 inch fish in the cypress trees, practically right at my door step. Have limited out my last three trips on Conway. Fished from 7AM-1AM doing the same thing as my last report. As that sun comes up its really drawing the fish into the shade provided by the trees. Darn strorms blew in, or they would have been in real trouble. They love that jig trimmed with two or three strands on each side to make like a double stinger effect, also used silver metal flake nibblets. I am excited about all the 8-10 inch fish I am catching. About every trip I am catching 30-50 of em,WOW what a year class coming up on Conway. Trust me the main lake trees east of the I-40 bridge at Gold Creek will be getting nothing but better and better the next month and 1/2. Don it looks like someone put in a big brush pile right infront of that tree across from gold point, LOL I spider rigged a lil off gold point today and hit that thing, and about 4 of six rods I had were snagged, the only reason I didnt get the other two snagged was because they were'nt in the water yet. LOL.![]()
