Launched at Devils Fork right at dark Sat nite.

Have not tried night fishing in a while.

Tried out one of the new-fangled green
fluorescent lights. Only draws 1 amp.
Easy on your battery.

Fishing was slow. Only 4 fish during the
nite. When the sun started coming up,
they started biting better.

Ended up with 8 nice crappie and 5 hybrid
stripers.

The fish were biting at 25 ft in 33 FOW.

Not sure if the green fluorescent is as productive
as a regular floating light, but it doesn't
drain the battery as quickly, that is for sure.
