fishing on Dierks Lake

I just got back frome Dierks last Sunday spent 28 days thair and caught limit eachh day but one they were real nice fish some of them 2 pounds

Anything about your method, fishing man created structure, trolling (cranks or road runners, prefered bait (minnows, jigs) basic water column info?

I went out on Lake Greason this morning, caught 1- 1-1/2# lmb on 6 inch texas rig tequila sunrise worm, 1st cast, got rained out after that.

Went to Nimrod, had motor trouble, salvaged day by using trolling motor, put out 12 noodles in river, catalpa worms and cut bait caught 2 cat about 5# each and one turtle. Water was 3 to 11 feet deep, late in day noticed small shad surfaceing and few bass poping them, put on a crank bait and caught 3 lmb, small, released them to fight another day.

Fishbaskett no big seacret just using jigs like I alwayse do up thair, black chart,orange chart. bass assan phantom shad, fishing beside stumps on lower end of lake 10-15 ft. water usualy one to a stump had one spot that I could usualy day after day chach 4 to 10 in one spot not every day though. I will probably try to get back up thair first week in Sept. and stay till after thanksgiving. According how divorce goes may not have camper or boat who nowes.

I can certainly feel for Ya. I understand why guys can just walk away from everything they have worked for their whole life. When I have finally had enough, I think I can; just to be shed of her.

Thanks for the tips, not that I will get an opportunity to go over there, work has a way of getting in the way of fishing.
