Washburn Lake or Booneville city water supply

Anybody ever catch crappie of good size out of this Lake?and more than just 1 or 2 ?

never been there but a friend of mine was talking about booneville last weekend and said it doesnt get fished much but it is also a lake that is trolling motor only

Yes,that's true it's supposed to be trolling motor only,but unfortunately rules just don't apply to some.
It has some good bass fishing ,plus the game & fish have put some Hybrids in it a couple of years ago.
Lots of shad in this lake.
I have caught lots of 9'' crappie ,but only 1 over 12''
