White River Refuge lakes

Anybody fishing the refuge lakes? If so, could you give us a report?

Just got back from cooter pond, we put in at Maddox bay and the water is draining back into the main channel. However, we caught our limit on Redear and bream on steroids, as well as a bunch of bass, small crappie as well.

Hopefully, this is one the refuge lakes you are talking about. If not, well I gave a report.

But, there are tons of fish there.
