Beaver Lake Crappie

We are considering buying a house on Beaver Lake. Is Beaver a good crappie Lke?

It is if you know what you are doing. You have to know how to fish deep in clear water lakes.

The lower extrimities of beaver lake (War Eagle and White river arm) are not clear. Usually they only have a foot or so of visibility. I have crappie fished in several different states and would consider Beaver a pretty decent fishery. However, on a routine basis the lake is not known for big Crappie.
