It's hard now days to find a good marine service center that meets all possible needs. The most recent work I've had done was by Cycle and Marine in Pine Bluff, the service was performed impeccably . The mechanic has been with the dealer for 21 years and knows his way around Yamaha two stroke and four stroke motors, electrical wiring, and all other aspects of boats. They have all of the necessary equipment and latest technology to service the newer motors as well. I am really impressed of how the new fuse block was installed and how clean the wires were secured and laid out. All of my depth finders now have 5 amp in line fuses and a power shut off switch for them. Just a tip: if you have a fuse larger than a 10 amp in the fuse block I would check what it is going to and make sure that it is necessary for that item.

Nimrod I found one place a 3 amp and another 5 amp was ok on the units. My old fuse block had some high rated fuses larger than 10 amp. I have now nothing larger than a 5 amp in my block or in line fuses. I may go ahead and drop the inline to 3 amp just to be on safe side. Just hate to see someone else have issues down the road when they could be prevented up front.
