Fairfield Bay Lot

Hey folks,
I know this is way off the fishing topic, but I recently inherited a lot very near the Fairfield Bay community. I've seen this lot once before when I was three, and it was wooded and I believe it still is now. Question is, I am looking to sell the lot. It is a LONG way from home for me, and I have too many other irons in the fire right now to keep it. Do any of you fine folks know about the market up that way or a Realtor that may be able to help point me in the right direction? Don't be shy to shoot me a PM.
