Brodie bend duck hunting?

Anybody willing to share a little duck hunting info on the Brodie bend area of the Arkansas river? I have an opportunity to buy a little getaway place there but I've never been there in my life and was just wondering about duck hunting on the river around there. Not looking for any ones spots or anything like that just general info on the area, good or bad. If you would be willing to share anything about it I would really appreciate it........pm's welcome......Thanks

When the weather is right there is a lot of ducks there. The weather need to be cold and every thing frozen up to be good. It been over 10 years for me to hunt down there.
