Doc said I was still a ways from getting new parts put in. He did tell me to not run the full marathon that he thought a half marathon would be plenty for my knees to endure.
I gave my cardiologist a hug. He said "Your heart won't allow you to run a marathon".......
I did the 1/2, and I think that's what messed up my knees. I took 3 weeks off running, and started up this week, now my knee hurts again... Doc here I come.Quote:
