I thought about you Thursday evening. My son and My parents go to a different church than I do. But, we are still active in theirs too. My son called me to make sure I was coming to their fish fry Friday evening. When I told him I had different plans, he asked if he could still come get a couple of packages of fish. I guess it was a BYOF (bring your own fish) event.

I wanna do a pot luck BBQ at the church. We supply the grill, everyone brings what ever they want to eat and throw on it. I've never been involved in one, but heard it can be pretty amazing with all the different stuff grilled and people sharing their grill specialties.

Tried to bring a cat to one of those. I couldn't get past the smell.
