Default Two JDM Palms rods ordered

I’ve got a Palms Quattro QTRGS-46XUL 4-piece travel rod and a Palms ETVS-411XUL Egeria 100% glass rod on order .
The Quattro should be here in 5-6 days , the Egeria in about 10 .
    I hope .
Looking for a fun , small fish rod . Hope at least one of these will fill that want .
I like my Major Craft Finetail rods , but they are definitely UL rods . They are close to what I’m looking for , but I want a little more flex , but not as much as my 5’6” XXUL Iprimi .

I found these at a good price and ordered before the price went back up .
    Reports coming .

I have the Palms Pinwheel and love it. It is the exact opposite of the rods you have ordered lol, but the build quality and finish is awesome. It has quickly become one of my go to rods.

Please let us know how they fish. Sound like beautiful rods.

I have the 411 XUL glass rod and have used it for stream trout. It has a nice flexible top but also a decent enough backbone for a XUL. Let us know how your testing comes along. Hoping for timely delivery.

I have no experience with any of those rods. They sound little but I’m sure that’s what you wanted. I had an old Fenwick 5’ul with Tennessee handles that was fun but awful soft. I couldn’t throw anything over a 32 with it but that was enough. Hope they get it here on time and have lots of fun with it.
