There is another creek very close by that also empties into the Ohio that I have been checking out lately. A bit larger and faster moving than the one I have been fishing. There was a fungicide spill last July quite a few miles upstream that resulted in thousands of dead fish in a 7-10 mile area. DEP never did find out who was responsible. The other day while looking for areas to fish I ran into a young guy fishing and stayed and talked with him for a good amount of time. While I was there talking about the creek, he caught two nice walleyes and showed me a picture of a saugeye that he had caught the day before out of the same stretch. Today was the first day I fished the creek and the water was still somewhat clouded from the heavy rains from two days ago. Also a lot floating aquatic weeds. Caught these three smallies along with a few other very small ones that all hit Roadrunner style baits.Name: DSC02102.jpg
