StM2567, no this is the 4-10 model. I kind of wanting to try something in this length now that i already have a Tict 6-9.

The JDM zenon reels are about $270 on amazon jp or digitaka and free shipping/no tax which is 1/2 what the USA market is?

The Abu is no doubt a special reel if not the lightest spinning reel out there, but I’ve already allocated my fund to a second hand MGXtreme and recently a mint condition Shimano Stella, a reel I believe will serve me better for the fishing I do: saltwater and freshwater ultralight multi-specie.

BC, it fishes great as well! Don’t let those needle-sized tip on these JDM ultralight rods mislead one to think it’s slow. In fact the opposite is true, the Xesta is my fastest and stiffest rod in my little arsenal of ultralight. It only bends while casting lures or when fish on. Cheers!
