Alphahawk, since Plat having it pre-order for 80K( $700ish) yen does this mean the old exist used to sell for around $400ish US dollars? Thougt these were trailing the Shimano Stella only a few dollars price wise.

No….before Plat posted it up for sale the only price I saw was Daiwa MSRP which was 100,000 yen. Now that it is being sold I see that has come down.

No….before Plat posted it up for sale the only price I saw was Daiwa MSRP which was 100,000 yen. Now that it is being sold I see that has come down.

I came across a 2018 Stella c2000s on Ebay for $540 and thought it was a good price but couldn't think of any reason i'll need more than what my 20' Twin Power c2000s can already do, BUT this 2022 Daiwa is a different beast base on the Youtube video). If I ever come across one closer to $500, Randy, like you i'm tempted to find out what a top-dog Daiwa will fish like....LOL!
