This ain't your old fiberglass rod either...LOL. First full glass rod I have owned in decades. At 4' 10" will work out very well on streams. It is soft in the tip but gets to the meat of the rod in a hurry...Major Craft says it is a regular fast. I would agree with that. The rod has 8 guides...Fuji stainless frames with sic-s inserts. The weight is 76 grams. Stocker trout will be a lot of fun with this rod but no doubt it can handle larger trout as well. Will try it out tomorrow morning. Life is good!
