I took the day off waiting for a delivery. It arrived at 12:30 so I decided to make a short trip to the upper end of Limestone. The water was about two feet below summer pool when I started and 67 degrees. Chocolate Milk in the current, but the pits had some clearer water. I caught and returned a dozen Crappie in about three hours. By 5PM the pits had muddied also with the water raising a foot and the temperature dropping to 62 degrees. All fish came off cover with the fish hugging the bottom and biting soft. No bass or Gills caught. The cooler water will make it hard for a couple days!

No spawning fish, dropping water temps probably had them moving and with lock jaw, LOL!
