I fished Indian Creek today, started at 7AM with the fish on fire and water flowing out of the creek. An hour later the current died and so did the bite. Struggled the rest of the day to get one here or there with long droughts in between. I kept 9 and returned about the same number of larger fish. I also returned a couple dozen short Crappie. The water was 66 degrees at daylight and had warmed to 70 by the time I left at 5PM. The creek is loaded with bait fish and Crappie, but they had lock jaw today. The 9 I cleaned were all stuffed with 1" shad. Hopefully they'll be back at the buffet soon!
