I had someone ask about coolers in a kayak. Sit on top is easy, just buy one that fits. Sit inside which I prefer is a little more problematic. I'm rigging out my second Old Town Loon 126 right now. It has a 450lb capacity, paddles fast and easy through the water and is less affected by the wind than the higher signature of a sit on top. Since I fish all winter it's also much dryer.
I'm using a Coleman 30qt cooler. I cut a template of the cooler bottom, draw it out on the rear of the kayak behind the seat and cut to fit using a multitool.

Throw a little rubber trim on it, and it will look like it comes from the factory like that! Great idea, DB.
