    Default Water flow question

Riding across the Decatur bridge this week I have noticed a pretty strong current on the Tennessee River. I figure its the water from the hurricane. I hasnt rained much here so we have normal flow on our creeks flowing into the Tennessee.

With that much flow on the main river is Limestone Creek backing up or is it flowing out normally?

Almost nothing coning down Limestone creek. The upper end should be two foot lower, but all the water coming down the Tennesse River is holding the water up. It's only a foot lower than summer pool instead of three foot lower.

I hit cataco and limestone today. The creeks were almost dead still.

we rode out to the 65 bridge. Gps clocked us at around 5mph with motor off. It’s flowing like the Mississippi.

with my 20hp I could run about 27 down river and 22 up. They are moving some serious water right now

Mouth of Limestone was full pool or higher. I went home and worked on the boat rearranging things
