I won a BnM TCB Rod here in a Contest. 1St trip with it I was fishing off a bridge and went to cast under the bridge from on top of it. Don't think I hit the bridge, but could have, don't know. Any way, it broke about a foot from the tip. Seeings how i'd never seen em advertised yet, I called BnM, Owner answers the phone. Explained everything to him and asked what a new tip section would cost. He said, nothing, and mailed it priority mail to me and it arrived at my door two days later...With a BnM ball cap. Now that's customer service....
