    Damion, I have taken those and scale them and boil them in crawfish boil for a just a few minutes. Pull the meat off of the bones with a fork and eat like crab meat with melted butter.

    Oh my. That I’ll have to try. My wife fusses because I keep them. She loves crappie. But I bet she’ll change her mind if I fix them like that.
