We out the morning bank fishing. Fished from 430 to 12. Caught a couple at first light then nothing. I just couldn't figure them out. I move to the opposite side of the bridge I fishing nothing. After going different colors I found a color they liked. Threw a a double jig with a 1/32 on top and I 1/16th on bottom. Yes the wind was howling. Finally got on them, letting my jig drop 10 counts. Ended up with 15. Couple nice ones in there.
