Kayak Trip Report, Limestone Bay/Creek

I made a short trip to Limestone this afternoon, kept half a limit and tossed back another couple dozen short Crappie. 50/50 single pole on isolated cover and jig and bobber. I used a 1/16oz White Marabou jig on both. I kept some larger fish than normal for an upcoming fish fry at work. The water was clear with visibility of about 12 to 18 inches and 52 degrees in the pits and 50 degrees where there was current in the creek.

No Gators today.
