They make small rechargeable fans that go around your neck. They work well and last for several hours on a charge. Around your neck is Kayak friendly. Just sayin.... :cheers2
I have a couple on my boat, I think the brand is Blaux? Regardless of the name, they are refreshing during the summer!

The fans are nice to have. I bought the Dewalt fan to put in to boat when I am dock shooting. I have yet to use it in the boat. We have had 2 scheduled power outages this month Saturday night from midnight until at least 4 am. The fan sure did come in handy to move some air while we slept. The German Shepherd loves the fan also. It is her favorite.
