I was fishing small minnows (tight line and slip cork) they would not touch a large minnow and my son was fishing Bobby Garland Blue Ice on a 1/16th oz. jig. Anywhere from 6 to 10 ft. deep over brush piles in 15 to 20 feet of water.

Match the hatch. Right now most of the minnow I see swimming around are smaller than what you see later in the year! Thanks.
