Ever have one of those days where at the end of it you realize you missed all the signs?

Fishing partner over slept so we got a late start. No big deal, got to eat breakfast at home.

Went to get gas for his truck, he almost put it in his boat instead.

Went and got minnows, the guy was rather nonchalant with his technique and splashed a bit of water on fishing partner.

Got to the water and the only fish we saw on the hooks were the minnows we were putting on ‘em.

Went to put the boat on the trailer, ended up catching his arm between the boat and the bow stop. Broke his arm, apparently this was the destination the signs were pointing to.
